STEPH PACCA: I do online coaching with many clients all around the world, as well I write my own Ebooks (nutrition and training).
WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING AND WHAT CAN YOU ADVICE OTHERS TO KEEP THE RIGHT MINDSET?
STEPH PACCA: Personal progress keeps me going! When I can see little changes in myself both physical and mental, I use that as a drive to push forward and work harder and harder. There is nothing more motivating than seeing results of repetitive hard work. Also use other inspirational people as motivation not to give up!
My advice is to keep positive and stay accountable. The more accountable you are of your own actions whether it be training, diet, personal life, relationships – the more you will be able to control outcomes. Mindset comes from focus and to be focused you have to have a positive outlook on things.
SINCE THERE ARE A LOT OF GIRLS WHO ADMIRE YOUR BODY. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO ALL OF THEM FOR THAT TONED BODY LIKE YOURS?
STEPH PACCA: Balance! Finding the perfect balance of different styles of training and what you nourish your body with is the hardest part. Many people over train and under eat or do the opposite, and it is so hard to find what works for you. My advice is to go slow – do things properly, not half arsed – try different types of training (HIIT, Resistance training, LISS) and work out what works well for YOU not for someone else.
My advice is to follow a program but not let your body get used to it – keep changing it up.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE „CHEAT MEAL”?
STEPH PACCA: Hmm… either home made pasta or ice cream!
WHAT IS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU, THAT PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW?
STEPH PACCA: I only eat chicken! No other meat, or fish for the past 8 years!
